| Hello everyone and welcome to my personal website!
2006 World Amateur Bodybuilding
Championships Experience
It is always a great pleasure and wonderful opportunity to represent
Canada at the World Championships in Bodybuilding. I was fortunate
enough to go for a third time in my bodybuilding career. You get
to meet athletes from all over the world and learn what they do
to get ready for a competition such as this! The City of Prague
is one of the most beautiful cities in the world! Team Canada was
great to be around and my parents came as well to experience this
wonderful event! The 2007 World Championships are in South Korea
and the 2008 World Championships are in Brazil. There is still a
lot of fire in my belly so I will keep you informed of what I decide
to do!
Right now, my plans are to continue to train,
help others in their fitness goals, and enjoy the other pleasures
in life!
 |
I am indeed excited to talk to anyone to help others in
the health and fitness industry! Health and Fitness has been
a major part of my life. I hope I can motivate and help others
achieve their goals!
I definitely consider myself a training freak! Some people
think I’m crazy the way I train, but I love to push
myself and never put a ceiling on anything especially when
it comes to training! I just call it PASSION.

I also love coaching athletes (wrestling), teaching
and counseling at Archbishop M.C. O’Neill High School in Regina,
Saskatchewan. My goal is to become a school administrator, but still
have the positive energy to train others in the health and fitness
industry!
I grew up in Hay River, N.W.T. I was always active
in sports with the support from my parents. My parents were teachers
and I firmly believed they were a big influence in my work ethic
to never give up and settle for anything less! My first love was
Tae Kwon Do which I started when I was 10 years old. I studied Tae
Kwon Do for eight years. Than came my other love which was wrestling.
I was introduced to the sport in grade 5 and never
looked back. I just loved the combative sports of competition where
it was one on one and you had nowhere to hide! I wrestled all through
high school and after graduation attended the University of Regina
to study and continue wrestling at the next level.
I really got into weight-training while attending
University, but I especially did it to cross train for Wrestling.
Once I finished my five years of eligibility for the Cougar Wrestling
Team, I needed another outlet and challenge in my life. I went into
a power lifting competition (bench press) and placed second overall.
I broke the Saskatchewan provincial record for the 165 pound weight
class pressing 335 pounds. |

Your
body can always do more than you think when a determined spirit
drives it.

cannot just tell people you’re committed – You cannot
just say you’re dedicated – You cannot simply talk about
your strength, your grit, your perseverance – You have to
prove it…”
